When can I expect my prints to arrive?
UK Post - Items are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. Normal delivery time is 2-3 days after dispatch. Please contact me if you have not received your parcel 10 working days after dispatch. Note: this is in line with Royal Mail's guidelines.
International Post - Items are sent Royal Mail International Standard. Normal delivery time 6-7 days after dispatch. Please contact me if you have not received your parcel 25 working days after dispatch. Note: this is in line with Royal Mail's guidelines.
What's your return policy?
If you decide you wish to return your print you must contact me within 14 days of receiving it. Postage and return-postage is non-refundable. You can use the contact form here to get in touch.
What if my item is damaged?
If your item is damaged please contact me as soon as possible to discuss. You can use the contact form here.
Do you offer commission revisions?
I offer two small revisions to a commission as standard. Any further revisions will be charged and £10 per revision. Payment can be made through Paypal or this site (on request). This must be done before further revisions will be made.
What do you consider a small revision?
These are minor adjustments, such as the tweaking of some line work, or the adding of a small amount of texture. I would not consider colour palette changes or complete pose changes to fall into this category. If you need larger revisions, please get in touch to discuss the amount of work required and necessary payment.
